McDonald's Links E. coli Outbreak to California Onion Supplier

A deadly E. coli food poisoning outbreak at McDonald's has been linked to fresh onions from a California-based produce company, Taylor Farms. The outbreak has sickened at least 49 people in 10 states, including one fatality. McDonald's officials confirmed that Taylor Farms supplied onions to one of their distribution facilities, leading to the removal of Quarter Pounder hamburgers from restaurants in several states.
