Ex-HR director claims Post Office distorted my grievances to MPs

The HR director who launched accusations of bullying and sexism against the chief executive of the Post Office has now made dramatic allegations that the company is purposely misdirecting her revelations to Members of Parliament.
In a startling move, the Post Office submitted formal correspondence to the business select committee that inferred the complaint against CEO Nick Read contained entertaining accusations against other individuals. This information has ramped up the tension between the company and its former HR chief.
However, Jane Davies, who initiated the "speak-up" document and served as the HR director prior to her departure from the company last year, has stepped up to claim that this communication was a deliberate ploy to mislead the esteemed Members of Parliament on the business select committee.
Davies has confirmed she authored the complaint sparking the controversy. She aligns herself alongside Henry Staunton, the former chairman, asserting that despite the accusations being levelled against multiple individuals, she did not reference him by name in her complaint.
Continuing on this dramatic trail, Davies's spokesperson released a statement saying, "The Post Office is providing a skewed representation of Davies's speak-up dossier", adding further fuel to this explosive story.
